H2 Logic delivers Denmarks first 700bar hydrogen station

Today the first 700bar hydrogen refueling station opened in the city of Holstebro in Denmark. The station enables a fast and uniform refueling of hydrogen in less than three minutes in accordance with the SAE J2601 standard. The high storage pressure provides fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEV) with a driving range comparable to conventional gasoline powered vehicles. The station opening marks the first steps towards a countrywide network of stations in Denmark by 2015. This is to ensure availability of hydrogen for the market introduction of FCEV’s around 2015 as is the aim of leading car manufacturers. The station is developed by H2 Logic A/S and operated by the energy company Vestforsyning A/S, with support from the Danish EUDP program.
